Frequently Asked Questions
| A: | Although we have been able to address clients' event needs in as little as 12 hours, I always suggest starting early. Just like in planning a wedding, time is an important consideration when finding a reputable Event Technology Provider who will arrange the details involved in services, equipment and event location. Planning 10 to 12 months in advance will insure the availability of top quality equipment as well as top quality personnel. Finding an Event Technology Provider early is recommended even if you dont know where the event will be or the exact dates. |
